About the Role
Tyrian Health is seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to support our outbound LinkedIn outreach efforts. This is a remote, commission-based internship ideal for students interested in sales, entrepreneurship, healthcare, or startups who want real-world experience generating leads and booking conversations.
You’ll work closely with the founder and gain hands-on exposure to early-stage business development in a fast-growing, science-driven company.
What You’ll Do
Research and identify qualified leads on LinkedIn
Send connection requests and follow-up messages using founder-approved scripts
Book qualified intro calls on the founder’s calendar
Track outreach activity and responses in a simple shared tracker
Learn how outbound sales and lead generation work in a real startup environment
Compensation
This is a commission-based internship with fast, clear payouts:
Earn $25 per qualified meeting booked
Bonuses available for consistent performance
Opportunity to grow into a paid retainer or extended role for strong performers
No prior sales experience required — training and scripts provided.
