Position: Outside Sales Lead

Salary:  $40,000 - $50,000 Base + Commission

 

 

Outside Sales Lead

The Outside Sales Lead is responsible for driving revenue and community awareness across our Fort Wayne businesses. This is a relationship-focused, field-based role centered on building long-term partnerships that generate corporate events, group bookings, and memberships. The Outside Sales Lead will represent the brand in the community, develop strategic relationships with local companies, schools, churches, and organizations, and convert those relationships into ongoing business.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with local companies, schools, churches, and community organizations
  • Book corporate events, group outings, and private functions across all facilities
  • Drive membership growth through partnerships and organizational relationships
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects and recurring accounts
  • Coordinate with on-site management to execute events and partnerships
  • Attend community events, meetings, and networking opportunities
  • Track activity, performance, and revenue and report to leadership
  • Help shape outside sales strategy, pricing approaches, and outreach efforts
  • Report to AGM’s, Director of Operations, and Ownership

This role is not for someone who prefers inside sales, cold-call volume, or a highly scripted sales environment. It requires initiative, presence in the community, and comfort owning results.
