Financial Advisor (No experience required, training provided)
As a Financial Advisor at Pinnacle Wealth Group, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients navigate their financial journey with confidence and clarity. Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service.
- Understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to develop customized financial plans.
- Proactively identify opportunities to address clients' evolving needs and objectives.
2. Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including cash flow projections, retirement planning, tax optimization, and estate planning.
- Develop tailored financial plans aligned with clients' objectives, considering factors such as asset allocation, risk management, and investment strategies.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate clients' financial plans to ensure alignment with their goals and make adjustments as necessary.
3. Investment Management:
- Provide strategic investment recommendations based on clients' financial plans, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.
- Construct and manage diversified investment portfolios designed to optimize returns while managing risk.
- Stay informed about market trends, economic developments, and investment products to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients.
4. Financial Education and Guidance:
- Educate clients about various financial concepts, investment strategies, and wealth management principles.
- Empower clients to make informed financial decisions by providing clear explanations and guidance.
- Conduct seminars and workshops to enhance clients' financial literacy and promote financial wellness.
5. Compliance and Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all client interactions and financial recommendations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65) licenses required or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial planning software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
