Position Summary
Performs Program Supervisor functions with increased independence and leadership in implementation coaching systems and documentation quality, under Clinical Supervisor direction.

Reports To
Clinical Supervisor

Supervises
Lead BT and technicians as assigned

Essential Duties

• Perform all Program Supervisor I responsibilities.
• Lead higher-complexity implementation troubleshooting and support consistent treatment integrity across cases.
• Strengthen coaching routines for the team (e.g., structured feedback, skill checks, follow-up plans) to reduce repeated errors and improve fidelity.
• Support assigned assessment-related tasks within scope under supervisor direction (e.g., scheduling coordination, materials preparation, structured support activities).
• Improve documentation quality by proactively identifying missing clinical details and ensuring objective, measurable language is used.

Minimum Qualifications

• RBT in good standing and Bachelors degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated success supporting multiple staff across cases and improving fidelity outcomes.
• Strong writing skills and ability to organize complex clinical information.
