Entry-Level Speech-Language Pathologist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Entry-Level Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or Clinical Fellow (CF) who is eager to develop clinical skills while providing high-quality speech and language services to individuals across the lifespan. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders under appropriate supervision and in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing evaluations ● Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
● Provide therapy services to patients/clients based on evidence-based practices ● Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately and timely
● Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (teachers, physicians, therapists, families)
● Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and strategies ● Participate in supervision, mentorship, and ongoing professional development ● Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ethical standards, and organizational policies
Qualifications:
● Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program ● Eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
● Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates encouraged to apply
● Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
● Experience with pediatric clients a plus
● Familiarity with IEPs, treatment planning, and data collection
● Basic knowledge of assistive communication devices (AAC preferred but not required)
