Natural Resources Internship
This hands-on Natural Resources Internship in Southwest Florida offers students a unique opportunity to explore environmental and wildlife careers while gaining real-world field experience.
Interns will assist with activities such as:
- Sea turtle nesting, GPS, shorebird surveys, exotic removal, and trail maintenance.
- Gopher tortoise and scrub jay surveys.
- Possible participation in controlled burns and artificial reef surveys
- And much more!
Interested candidates must be actively enrolled and attending an accredited college/university.
- Preferably degree seeking in environmental or natural sciences, biology, conservation, wildlife management, or an equivalent degree or certificate program.
- Hours may vary and involve early hours to accommodate wildlife species
- A valid driver's license is required.
