Research Analyst

About Evidenza 🚀

Evidenza is revolutionizing the market research industry. Our platform creates finance-friendly marketing plans, powered by synthetic data. We survey AI-generated copies of customers to conduct real-time qualitative and quantitative research, and translate that data into actionable marketing strategies. This exciting new technique allows companies to research hard-to-reach audiences 100X faster and much more cost effectively.

Evidenza came out of "stealth mode" in June of 2024, and our business is rapidly expanding. We have over 50 clients, including many of the biggest brands in B2B and B2C. We've generated millions of dollars in revenue already. Now we're looking to build out an initial team to help us grow this category-defining start-up into a billion-dollar behemoth.

The Role 🎯

We’re looking for a full-time Research Analyst to join our growing research team! This contract-to-hire role starts with a three-month engagement, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent, full-time position based on performance and mutual fit.  As a Research Analyst, you'll work alongside Research Managers and Directors to deliver high-quality insights and strategic recommendations for leading global brands. It’s a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience at an exciting, fast-growing startup.

This is a delivery-focused role where you'll be hands-on with the data: mining through results, organizing findings, building slides, and helping transform complex research into clear, compelling client deliverables. You'll also build rapport with day-to-day client contacts and contribute to internal initiatives that help us scale.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants to learn how strategy, research, and AI come together in a fast-growing startup—with a clear path to grow into project ownership and client leadership.
