Webflow Front-end Developer Intern

Location: Orem, UT, In-Office

Type: Internship

Compensation: $20/hr

Part-time: 20hrs/week

Duration: 3-6 months

Description

We are looking for a technically-minded Webflow Developer Intern to take ownership of our enterprise website. You will be working alongside our Marketing Manager, Content Lead, and Design team to maintain a high-performing site with over 100+ pages and complex CMS collections.

What You’ll Do

  • Daily Maintenance: Manage and update our 100+ page Webflow site, ensuring all links, forms, and CMS items are functioning perfectly.
  • New Builds: Translate static designs from our Graphic Designers into responsive Webflow pages.
  • CMS Architecture: Audit and optimize our blog and other collections to ensure they are easy for our content team to use.
  • Custom Enhancements: Use JavaScript/jQuery to build custom functionality that goes beyond standard Webflow interactions.
  • AEO, SEO and Performance: Monitor site speed and technical SEO, making constant iterations to improve user experience.

Who You Are

  • Webflow Experienced: You understand the box model, style hierarchies, and CMS relationships.
  • Code-Literate: You understand HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You know how to add custom code snippets to solve coding challenges.
  • Design-Aware: You have an eye for UX/UI.

Organized: Managing an enterprise-level site requires a disciplined approach to prioritize and maintain a large list of website tasks submitted by the marketing team.
