Quality Engineering Intern

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Quality Engineer Intern to support our Quality team in day-to-day manufacturing and quality assurance activities. This internship offers hands-on experience with core quality engineering tools, measurement systems, and documentation processes used in a production environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in developing practical quality engineering skills.

Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Engineer Intern, you will learn and assist with the following:

Support PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation and reviews

Participate in 5-Why root cause analysis and corrective action activities

Use and understand various measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)

Assist with Keyence equipment verification and re-calibration activities as needed

Help create and update Quality work instructions, form and quality documentation

Support continuous improvement and quality improvement initiatives

Collaborate with Quality Engineers and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field)

Basic understanding of manufacturing or quality concepts preferred

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

Willingness to learn quality tools and standards

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Good communication and teamwork skills
