Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Attorney to join our legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse array of real estate transactions, and related legal matters, in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate transactional law, with estate planning experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Handle residential and/or commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing
- Draft, review purchase agreements, leases, contracts, deeds, and related documents
- Conduct title review and resolve title issues
- Coordinate and manage real estate closings
- Advise clients on real estate transactions and related legal matters
- Draft and review powers of attorney
- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and realtors
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
