Job Title: AI-Enabled Visual Production Specialist
 

Role Summary

We’re seeking a tech-forward creative who uses state-of-the-art AI tools to produce high-quality visual layouts for award plaques and recognition products. This role replaces a traditional graphic design function by leveraging AI to automate layout, resizing, image optimization, and production-ready outputs across multiple physical formats.

What You’ll Do

Use AI-powered creative tools to generate, adapt, and optimize artwork for physical award products

Prepare recognition designs (logos, headlines, editorial excerpts) for multiple substrates and sizes while maintaining brand accuracy and visual integrity

Automate and streamline layout, cropping, resizing, and formatting workflows

Perform light manual refinement when needed to ensure print-ready quality

Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure designs translate cleanly from digital to physical products

Continuously evaluate and adopt new AI tools to improve speed, quality, and scalability

What We’re Looking For

Experience using AI-driven design, image, or creative automation tools

Strong visual judgment and attention to detail (print quality matters)

Comfort working in a production environment with repeatable, high-volume output

Technical curiosity — you enjoy finding faster, smarter ways to do things

Background may include: digital art, creative technology, UX, automation, or non-traditional design paths

Must Have (Required)

Some familiarity with print production or physical products

Experience integrating AI tools into repeatable workflows
