Field Service Technician II

Field Service Technician II — Honolulu, HI

Hourly Range: $22.00–$25.00 (DOE)
Bonus: Monthly performance bonus up to $300
Auto Program: Mileage reimbursement provided

We help organizations operate efficiently, securely, and sustainably. We’re seeking a skilled Field Service Technician II to support and service customer equipment throughout the Honolulu area.

In this role, you’ll provide hands-on service for printers, copiers, and multifunction devices—ensuring our customers stay productive and supported. This is a great opportunity for a technician who enjoys problem-solving, building technical expertise, and working independently in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site maintenance, service, and repairs for printers, copiers, and MFP devices
  • Diagnose technical issues and complete installations, upgrades, and hardware replacements
  • Provide user training to ensure customers operate equipment effectively
  • Manage field calls and prioritize assignments using strong time management
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Rebuild or refurbish components as needed in the shop
  • Continuously expand technical knowledge of Toshiba systems and solutions
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years’ experience in copier/office equipment repair or servicing ID/photo systems, printers, or related hardware
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MFPs, printers, and document management technologies
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. with frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
  • Valid state driver’s license and required insurance for business-related travel
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
