Key Responsibilities

Teach high school Geometry courses aligned with state academic standards

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote conceptual understanding and critical thinking

Use a variety of instructional strategies and technology to meet the needs of diverse learners

Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments and provide timely feedback

Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and grades

Create a classroom environment that is inclusive, respectful, and conducive to learning

Collaborate with math department colleagues, intervention teams, and support staff

Communicate effectively with students, parents/guardians, and school staff

Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and school events
