ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Quality Engineering intern will support a wide variety of projects that provide a challenging hands-on experience. Some of the projects may include but are not limited to process optimization for receiving inspections, developing, and implementing new metrology test equipment/CMM programming, developing cataloging of FAI and boundary sample libraries. The candidate will work under the guidance of the Director of Product Assurance & Quality Assurance in addition to department mentors to perform prescribed quality tasks for the department.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in Minitab, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills.
- Proactive work ethic and energy.
- Effective team member and contributor.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in progress, preferably with sophomore year completed.
- Pursuing bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 2.5 GPA or higher preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- Quality Engineering/Audit certification and QMS/ISO exposure is preferred.
BACKGROUND PREREQUISITIES
- Must undergo and meet company standards for background check, employment verification and reference checks.
