We're seeking a systematically trained Operations & Strategy Generalist to participate end-to-end in critical business operations: Deeply understand industries and customers, drive product strategy execution, and build scalable operational systems.

You'll participate across the full spectrum—from industry analysis and product strategy to operational system building—gaining highly hands-on practical experience and witnessing firsthand how your work drives strategic execution.


 

Responsibilities (What You'll Deliver)

1. Industry Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Deliver industry research reports: Independently complete in-depth research on semiconductor/electronics manufacturing/supply chain industries, including value chain mapping, key player analysis, market sizing, and trend forecasting
  • Complete competitive analysis documents: Deconstruct Vertical AI Agent competitors' product positioning, business models, pricing strategies, and GTM approaches
  • Identify market opportunities: Discover new customer scenarios, potential competitors, and strategic partnership opportunities through industry research
  • Support strategic decisions: Provide data and insights to inform product iteration, customer expansion, and fundraising materials

2. Product Strategy & Requirements Management

  • Write Product Requirements Documents (PRDs): Transform customer needs into structured product documentation, including feature descriptions, interaction flows, and priority ranking
  • Participate in product planning: Contribute to product roadmap development and feature prioritization based on customer feedback, market opportunities, and technical feasibility
  • Design product demo strategies: Prepare demo flows, customer presentation materials, and product value propositions
  • Drive product iteration: Follow up on customer feedback, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure on-time, high-quality product delivery

3. Customer Success & Project Delivery

  • End-to-end customer project management: From requirements understanding and solution design to progress control and delivery acceptance, ensure customer projects are completed on time and with high quality
  • Build pipeline systems: Optimize customer onboarding processes, health metrics, and regular check-in mechanisms
  • Produce project retrospective documents: Summarize project learnings, distill methodologies, and identify optimization opportunities
  • Maintain customer relationships: Regularly communicate with customers, understand evolving business needs, and uncover growth opportunities

4. Operations System Building

  • Design operational SOPs: Build recruiting processes, customer management workflows, documentation standards, and permission management systems
  • Establish operational metrics: Design and track key indicators (customer health, project progress, team effectiveness, etc.) to drive data-informed decisions
  • Support fundraising & IR: Prepare business materials and data analysis reports to support fundraising and investor communications
  • Drive organizational effectiveness: Optimize cross-functional collaboration processes and improve team execution efficiency


 

Requirements (What We Look For in Your Experience)

Background (Meet Any One of the Following)

The following backgrounds demonstrate you've received systematic training with the core capabilities we need:

  • Big Tech Product/Strategy/Operations Experience: Served as product manager, strategic analyst, or business operations in companies like Alibaba/ByteDance/Meituan/Tencent/Baidu with complete project experience
  • VC Investment Experience: Investment analysis, industry research, or due diligence at top-tier VCs (Sequoia/Hillhouse/Matrix/IDG, etc.) or boutique VCs
  • Management Consulting Experience: Case work at MBB (McKinsey/Bain/BCG) or boutique consulting firms with industry research and strategic project experience
  • Startup Core Role: Product/operations/strategy core role at early-stage startups (pre-Series A) with 0-to-1 system building experience

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably from top-tier universities (985/211/overseas top 50) in business, management, computer science, engineering, or related fields
  • Excellent bilingual capabilities: Fluently write business documents (in both Chinese and English) and conduct customer communications and business negotiations
  • Structured thinking: Quickly understand complex problems and propose systematic solutions
  • Owner mindset: Proactively identify and solve problems rather than waiting for instructions

Tools & Skills

  • Documentation skills: Produce high-quality PPTs, reports, and product documents
  • Data analysis: Use Excel for basic analysis and modeling; SQL/Python proficiency preferred
  • Collaboration tools: Familiar with modern collaboration tools like Notion/Asana/Linear
  • Technical comprehension: Understand technical implementation principles and communicate effectively with engineering teams


 

Bonus Points

  • Deep knowledge of semiconductor/electronics manufacturing/supply chain/Enterprise Software industries
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS sales motion (How to sell to enterprise customers? How to price?)
  • Practical experience in data-driven product/business optimization (A/B testing, growth experiments, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of AI/LLM technology applications (not just using ChatGPT, but understanding how AI creates business value)
  • Startup experience or core roles at fast-growing startups (Series A-C)
  • Overseas work/study experience, familiar with U.S. markets


 

Work Location

Remote / Silicon Valley, California

  • Fully remote or in-office at our Silicon Valley location
  • Remote work requires significant timezone overlap with U.S. hours
