Office of Financial Aid Operations Assistant

The Special Programs unit is seeking a reliable, self-motivated and detail-oriented student employee to support the areas of Education Abroad and Distance Learning. 

  • Flexible hours M - F between 9 AM and 4:30 PM
  • Must be available to work  6 - 10 hours/week during Fall and Spring semesters
  • Option to work during breaks including Summer
  • Anticipated term of employment is a minimum of two years

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Use Microsoft Excel to update data
  • Monitor and provide well-written responses to incoming emails
  • Basic data entry and indexing 
  • Assist with other miscellaneous tasks as needed

This is a work-study position; applicants must be eligible for a work-study award to apply.
