Full-Time | Tuesday-Saturday | $27-29/hr

Nathaniel Reid Bakery is an award-winning, fast-growing bakery known for high-quality pastries, desserts, and sandwiches. We’re looking for a friendly and passionate Retail Manager to join our team.  

Pay & Schedule:

$16-18/hr based on experience + tips, averaging $27-29/hr

Shifts typically fall between 7:30am-5:30pm, Tues-Sat 
(Common shifts include 7:30-3:30, 7:55-4:00, or 9:30-5:30)

We’re closed Sundays, Mondays, and most major holidays

What You’ll Do:

Oversee day-to-day operations in the Front of House

Lead and support team members to maintain high standards and productivity

Train new staff and help foster a positive, respectful work environment

Ensure guest service standards are upheld

Manage cash and card handling procedures, troubleshoot POS system issues as needed

Maintain Front of House cleanliness, organization, and safety standards

Communicate and work with management/ownership team to support business goals

What We’re Looking For:

Welcoming, dependable, and professional

Strong communicator and hands-on leader

High standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation

Comfortable with basic computer and math skills

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods  

2+ years barista/front-of-house experience preferred

2+ years supervisory experience preferred
