For Certified RBTs: We are looking for dedicated, compassionate, and skilled RBTs to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values your expertise and commitment to ethical, effective practice.
For Aspiring RBTs: Don’t have your RBT certification yet? No problem! We offer a comprehensive training program . This program includes a 40-hour online course and a competency assessment, preparing you for the Board for Behavior Analysis certification exam.

Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect and report data on client progress
- Assist in developing new skills and reducing challenging behaviors in clients
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain a high standard of professional conduct
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to learning and professional growth
- Ability to pass a background check
