Role Overview
We are seeking Journalists and Writers to cover Art at Vibe programming, local artists, community initiatives, and cultural issues relevant to Richmond and the greater Bay Area.

Responsibilities

Write articles, interviews, and features focused on arts, culture, and community

Conduct interviews with artists, organizers, and community members

Support newsletter, website, and press content

Meet editorial deadlines and revise as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Prior journalism, editorial, or published writing experience

Strong research and interviewing skills

Familiarity with arts, culture, or community-based reporting

Ability to pitch story ideas and work independently
