What Youβll Do (Your Daily βGame Planβ)
π― Build new business by consistently developing new accounts
π Make 50+ outbound calls/day and create real pipeline momentum
π§Ύ Negotiate and close sales while protecting healthy margins
π Track activity and performance metrics with discipline
π€ Maintain and grow customer relationships
π Stay current on market conditions, pricing, vendor availability, and competitors
π Run strategic programs at key accounts
π§ Keep CRM/database info accurate and up to date
π€ Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Commodity Managers, Order Management, Purchasing, and regional offices
π What Weβre Looking For

Bachelorβs degree
β
2+ years B2B product sales preferred (but strong competitors encouraged!)
β
Relentless drive + thick skin + coachable mindset

Strong communication skills (English required)
