We are hiring Associate Consultants to join our growing global team. This role offers early responsibility, deep operational exposure, and the opportunity to make a visible, measurable impact from your first project.
What the Job Entails
- Own discrete workstreams within client engagements, supported by experienced Consultants and Principals
- Analyze and improve operational performance across capacity, throughput, labor, waste reduction, lead time, and service levels
- Support process mapping, bottleneck analysis, cycle time analysis, and productivity improvement initiatives
- Conduct operational due diligence in support of M&A activity
- Support and help implement business-wide transformations such as network optimization and operating model redesign
- Build and maintain analytical models and dashboards in Excel to support fact-based decision making
- Work directly with client teams on site to implement improvements, not just recommend them
- Prepare clear, structured client deliverables and support working sessions with senior management
- Act as a day-to-day interface between the Streamliners project team and client stakeholders
What You Need to Have
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a strong STEM background with a technical focus
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving mindset with a practical, hands-on approach
- Comfort working with data and building clear, logical analyses
- Clear and confident communicator, able to engage effectively with both shop-floor teams and senior management
- Self-directed, highly organized, and comfortable taking ownership of your work
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel during the working week
Nice to Have
- Internship, coursework, or project experience in manufacturing, operations, or consulting
- Exposure to Lean, process improvement, capacity analysis, or ERP systems
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, including structured storytelling for executive audiences

Compensation: $135,000+ annually
