Position Summary

New Dawn CNC is seeking compassionate and collaborative Associate Therapists (AMFT, ACSW, and APCC) to provide trauma-informed, client-centered mental health services. Associates will deliver individual therapy and family services while working closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes Peer Support Specialists and Case Managers. This position also includes participation in clinical supervision and administrative meetings to support ongoing professional development and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Services

  • Provide individual therapy to adults, adolescents, and/or children, as assigned
  • Provide family therapy and family support services aligned with client treatment goals
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
  • Deliver services using evidence-based, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed interventions
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with BBS regulations and agency policies

Care Coordination & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the treatment team, including Peer Support Specialists and Case Managers
  • Participate in case consultations and treatment planning meetings
  • Coordinate services and communicate effectively to ensure continuity of care
  • Support clients in navigating services and resources as part of an integrated care approach

Supervision & Professional Development

  • Participate in weekly clinical supervision, including both group and triadic supervision, as assigned
  • Actively engage in feedback, training, and skill-building opportunities
  • Maintain accurate supervision hours and documentation required for licensure

Administrative & Team Engagement

  • Attend administrative and staff meetings as required
  • Complete required clinical documentation, reports, and outcome measures
  • Comply with all agency, county, and state documentation and compliance requirements
