Cross Connections of Tippecanoe County
The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging clients in conversations about their Christian faith when requested and discussing how faith may relate to mental health and well-being.
Cross Connections of Tippecanoe County provides evidence-based counseling services to individuals and families. We are seeking licensed therapists (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, HSPP, or equivalent) with strong clinical skills and experience supporting clients through life’s challenges.
Preferred Clinical Expertise:
- Marriage and family therapy
- Child and Adolescent therapy
- Trauma treatment
- Domestic abuse intervention
- Spanish-speaking

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide individual or family therapy using evidence-based approaches
- Complete intake assessments and treatment plans
- Maintain timely documentation
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or higher
- Active Indiana license
