Client Service Trainee

The main goal of our Entry Level Client Service Trainee is to ensure excellent customer service standards, appropriately and accurately answer inquiries, and complete sales and contract transactions to those inquiring customers. Our entry-level Client Service Trainee is crucial to client retention, customer loyalty, and ultimately the brand’s visibility.


 

Core Responsibilities of our entry-level Client Service Trainee:

  • Build genuine relationships with new and existing customers to promote brand loyalty
  • Respond to and answer any and all customer inquiries regarding products and services
  • Develop and understand key customer needs using appropriate sales and negotiating skills
  • Communicate professionally and with purpose when interacting with customers and other entry-level Client Service Trainees
  • Educate oneself and become an expert in the market trends, and all product and service offerings, to better understand the competitive landscape, and appropriately position the products and services
  • Collaborate with other entry-level Client Service Trainees and other internal team members to enhance implementation strategies of the campaign goals within the region


 

What we look for in the next entry-level Client Service Trainee:

  • An Associate’s degree or a 2-year equivalent of a professional diploma is highly desirable
  • 1-2+ years of experience in an entry-level, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing role is required
  • Strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • An ability to succeed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Tenacious, with a goal-driven attitude and work ethic
