Evening & Weekend Interviewer Supervisor
The Bureau of Sociological Research (part of the Sociology Department at UNL) is taking applications for part-time, evening and weekend Interviewer Supervisors.
Interviewer Supervisors are responsible for the supervision of telephone interviewers, including but not limited to monitoring interviewer performance, converting previous respondent refusals, troubleshooting undetermined problem calls from interviewers, providing training to interviewers, fielding incoming calls, and pre-testing survey instruments. BOSR does not sell anything, so phone calls are limited to research interviewing.
No experience is needed! BOSR offers paid training for all new hires. Upon hire, Interviewer Supervisors will be asked to participate in up to three, paid training sessions. Multiple training dates will be offered. Our offices are located in Oldfather Hall on the UNL City Campus.
