Intern - Human Resources
Program Duration
Our internship program runs approximately 40 hours per week, from June 1st through mid-August.

Your Responsibilities
During your internship, you will rotate through several HR specialties such as Compensation, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Information Systems, Organization Development, Employee Relations, and gain exposure to working with HR Business Partners to understand how HR strategies align with business needs.
Duties may include:
- Updating project plans and timelines; monitoring progress against deliverables.
- Managing system and documentation workflows, including creating and maintaining system change documentation.
- Conducting human capital research on various topics.
- Entering tickets into the online HR Support ticketing system.
- Assisting with mid-year and strategic talent review processes.
- Conducting Workday system testing.
- Assisting in reviewing and revising of existing training materials.
- Participating in division and department cleanup to ensure accurate organizational alignment.
- Performing other miscellaneous duties and tasks as assigned.
- Scheduling meetings and sending tasks/reminders.
Requirements
To be considered for this internship, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Must be enrolled in an educational program for the duration of the internship.
- Completed at least one year (2 semesters or credits equivalent) by the start of the internship.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
- Willingness to take initiative and learn new concepts and technical skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including being on-site at least 2 days per week.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday)
- Familiarity with process documentation and mapping
- Interest in organizational development and employee relations
- Previous internship or work experience in HR
