Marketing & User Research

We’re recruiting a high-potential, soon-to-be/recent graduate who wants hands-on startup experience, meaningful impact, and a clear path to a full-time job by June with potential career growth.

This role is designed for someone who hasn’t locked in a job yet, and is ready to climb aboard a rocket ship while building important skills.

What You’ll Work On

You’ll work directly with the CEO and CMO across marketing, user research, and strategy, including:

  • Planning and executing organic marketing campaigns (content, social, community, experiments)
  • Conducting user research: interviews, surveys, synthesis of insights
  • Analyzing user feedback, behavior, and engagement patterns
  • Supporting product and go-to-market strategy through customer insight
  • Assisting with live experiments, launches, and community initiatives
  • Building and identifying user champions
  • Learning/developing supervision experience and teaching opportunities 

Your work will directly influence product, marketing, and growth decisions.

 

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong work ethics and learning ability, even if their experience is early.

Minimum requirements:

  • Soon-to-be Graduating University (or recent graduates) 
  • Experience or knowledge of managing and editing social media content
  • Experience or knowledge of social media engagement 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think clearly, ask good questions, and synthesize information
  • Comfort speaking with users and conducting interviews
  • Basic analytical skills (interpreting feedback, patterns, simple data)
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment

Nice-to-have (not required):

  • Experience with content creation, social media, or community building
  • Coursework or experience in marketing, psychology, sociology, UX, or business
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets, Notion, Airtable, or similar tools
  • Interest in consumer tech, marketplaces, or startups
