Maintenance Technician II - Housing

 SCHEDULE: 40 hours, Monday-Friday, 730AM-330PM This position is essential in the event of 

                           weather or other emergencies. 


 

Pays $21.50 - $24.00per hour DOE  (Salary ranges provided are based on relevant experience and skill set)  


 

LOCATION: 151 Geneva Ave, Boston MA 02021


 

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:


 

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance including plumbing, minor electrical work and painting, etc.

 

Requirements

 

EDUCATION/TRAINING:


 

REQUIRED: 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to read printed labels and instructions
  • Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing

PREFERRED: 

  • Bilingual English/Spanish

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:


 

REQUIRED:

  • Minimum of six (6) months of maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of building trades such as painting, plumbing, carpentry and electrical systems

PREFERRED: 

  • Previous experience in Building Maintenance
