Choose Your Path: Focused Internship Tracks Don’t just shadow—lead. Our program is designed for deep immersion, allowing you to master the operational heartbeat of a luxury resort. 

You’ll be placed in one of three core areas: 

• Rooms Division: Master the “Signature Arrival.” Own the front office operations and become the face of first impressions. 

• Food & Beverage Management: Learn the high-stakes world of high-volume dining, from elegant banquet execution to the laid-back energy of our lakeside lounges. 

• Spa, Wellness & Retail: Curate the guest journey at our Bayside Spa & Fitness center or manage luxury styles at our Retail Tennis Boutique. Pay & Professional Growth

• Competitive Pay: Earn while you learn with scheduled performance reviews and merit-based raises. 

• The Fast-Track: High-performers aren’t just interns; they’re future execs. Standout interns may be fast-tracked into our Manager in Training (MIT) Program to prepare for post-grad leadership.
