Elementary and Middle School Teacher

GEC School is currently accepting applications for Elementary and Middle School Teacher positions for the 2026-2027 school year.

We seek a dynamic educator to join our faculty as we come alongside parents to raise their children to be all that God desires. 

GEC School has two campuses with students in grades K-8. We offer language classes in Ukrainian and Russian and teach Slavic culture in our language special classes. Homeroom teachers are not required to know or be familiar with Slavic language and culture.

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

·       Preferred experience working with children in a school/church setting.

·       Ohio Teaching License (can be obtained after hire).

·       Organizational, communication and interpersonal skills with basic proficiency with technology

·       Be a born-again Christian in agreement with GEC’s mission, philosophy and statement of faith

·       Passion for Christian education

·       Ability to instruct with a Biblical Worldview

This is a salaried full-time position from end of August to beginning of June. GEC School is a four day school week. Hours range from 7:30 am-3:30 pm.
