Behavioral Network, Inc. is hiring a full-time ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician to provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to young children (ages 2–6) diagnosed with autism and developmental disabilities on the South Shore.

This position offers a full-time daytime schedule with consistent cases and ongoing supervision by experienced Board Certified, Licensed Behavior Analysts (BCBA/LABAs).

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, approximately 8:30 am–5:00 pm

Responsibilities:
Provide play-based ABA following individualized protocols overseen by BCBA/LABAs. Teach language, communication, social, interaction, play, and daily living skills, and collaborate closely with the clinical team, families, and supervising clinicians.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in psychology, education, child development, ABA, or related field
• Experience working with young children with autism preferred
• ABA or RBT experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable traveling between nearby South Shore communities
• Reliable, organized, and child-centered

Compensation & Benefits:
• $25–$35/hour, based on experience
• Health insurance
