Secondary Counselor - Adventure Camps
We are hiring for Camp Counselors for Summer 2026!
We are looking for Secondary Counselors (16-20 years old) for our Outdoor Youth Programs! Spend your Summer months in the beautiful outdoors teaching campers how to fish, kayak, rock climb, hike and more! Our Outdoor Adventure and Young Adventurers camp are the perfect fit for kids looking to learn new skills each day. Our main goal is to help campers build a positive relationship with the outdoors.
Applicants must work well in groups as well as be responsible, adaptive, and outgoing. Flexible hours, competitive pay, and a fun work environment! The job duties include keeping campers safe in the outdoors, planning summer camp games, and helping to create a fun week!
Preferred work experience: Experience that complements being a camp counselor such as: Camp Counselor, Raft Guide, Lifeguard, etc.
Helpful experience, but not required: Knowledge of fishing, mountain biking, rock climbing kayaking, canoeing, hiking, experience working or interacting with youth
Skills
- Patient and reliable
- Experience working with children
- Familiarity with various outdoor activities
- Energetic and positive personality
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (doing activities outside in the Summer)
