Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building an effective pipeline of opportunities and winning new business at prospect accounts to drive significant sales growth for Dynacast.

The right candidate for this job is skilled in opening doors and establishing effective relationships in new accounts or divisions. He/She challenges the status quo at these customers through industry expertise and insight and shows the value for the customer in having Dynacast experts solve their complex, precision-engineered part solution challenges. We are expanding our North American Sales teams and looking for individuals for the Midwest territory, the Southwest territory, and the OH Valley territory.   This person will work out of a home office within the territory and travel within the assigned region as well as to our plants within North America.
