Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:

Process high-volume Accounts Payable invoices using three-way matching

Resolve discrepancies and ensure timely vendor payments

Apply accurate GL coding within an ERP system (SAP preferred)

Process employee expense reports (SAP Concur)

Support corporate credit card and mileage reimbursement programs

Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:

5+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience

High-volume or manufacturing experience preferred

ERP and SAP experience strongly preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
