The Budd Group is seeking ambitious, recent college graduates for our one-year accelerated leadership development program in Greenville, SC. Starting this June, you’ll rotate through every facet of our business—from the front lines to the front office—preparing you for a permanent management role.
The Program Experience
This isn't a desk job. You will spend the year mastering our operations through hands-on rotations in Janitorial, Landscaping, and Specialty Services, coupled with executive-level administrative training.
What You’ll Do:
- Operations & Labor: Gain respect for the craft by performing frontline work (landscaping, floor care, facility maintenance) and mastering industrial equipment.
- Management: Take the reins on employee scheduling, job tracking, and quality audits.
- Human Resources: Own the talent lifecycle—from interviewing and onboarding to employee engagement and retention.
- Sales & Finance: Drive growth through cold calling, creating proposals, and managing site budgets (AP/AR).
Requirements
- Education: Recent college graduate (within 1 year of graduation).
- Commitment: Must commit to the full program duration (June – May).
- Grit: Ability to perform highly physical work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and occasional weekends.
