Associate Dentist

I am currently building a state of the art facility to move my current practice to and I need an associate desperately.  Our new office will have a CBCT, digital scanners, 3D printing capabilities, and all new equipment.  This is a great opportunity for a young dentist who wants to learn on the job from someone with 20 years of experience.  

 

Position Overview

We are a well-established, privately owned rural dental practice seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Dentist to join our close-knit team. Responsibilities

 

Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, restorative dentistry, simple extractions, crown and bridge, and preventive care

Diagnose and treatment plan with an ethical, patient-first approach

Build trust and lasting relationships with patients and families in the community

Communicate clearly with patients about treatment options and expectations

Work collaboratively with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow all safety and infection-control protocols

 

 

Qualifications

 

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

Active state dental license (or ability to obtain)

Strong interest in general, bread-and-butter dentistry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Dependable, ethical, and team-oriented

New graduates encouraged to apply
