Data Analyst Intern (AI Recruiting Operations, Mandarin)

 

Role Overview
As a Data Analyst Intern at OCBridge, you will work at the intersection of data, AI, and recruiting operations. You will help track, analyze, and improve the performance of our AI-powered recruiting workflows, including virtual sourcers and human-in-the-loop systems.
This role is hands-on, impact-driven, and ideal for someone who wants to apply data skills in a fast-moving startup environment.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Label, track, and analyze data across AI-powered recruitment workflows
  • Monitor performance of AI virtual sourcers and identify efficiency gaps
  • Identify where systems, processes, or models need improvement and provide data-driven insights on how to improve them
  • Build, maintain, and iterate dashboards to track key operational and performance metrics 
  • Support ad-hoc operational and analytical tasks assigned by your direct manager
  • Collaborate with technology, operations, and recruitment teams to translate insights into action

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Comfortable working with data (including Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Python)
  • Able to commit ~20 hours per week with flexible working hours
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Fast learner and quick executor: able to rapidly pick up new AI tools and apply them to solve problems efficiently
  • Startup mindset: proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Result-oriented and eager to see data drive real operational outcomes
  • Bilingual in Mandarin is required 

 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience with AWS, GitHub, and Python / Django
  • Related startup experience with AI agent applications, recruiting technology, or workflow automation systems
  • Experience working with messy or operational data in real-world environments
