About the Role

We’re a growing AWS-focused cloud consulting practice looking for 1–2 interns or entry-level hires who want real, hands-on experience in cloud operations.

This is not a classroom role, not a bootcamp, and not a senior position.
This is a genuine foot-in-the-door opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow.

You’ll work alongside experienced cloud engineers supporting real customer environments.

What You’ll Learn & Do

• Support cloud operations and MSP onboarding
• Help set up monitoring dashboards and alerts
• Triage tickets and escalate issues with guidance
• Assist with documentation, runbooks, and operational tasks
• Learn how real AWS environments are operated, secured, and optimized

You will not be thrown into the deep end alone — mentorship and guardrails are part of the deal.

Who This Is For

You’ll be a strong fit if you:

• Are a current student, recent grad, or career switcher
• Are studying cloud, IT, DevOps, or computer science
• Have AWS Cloud Practitioner or are actively studying for it
• Are dependable, curious, and comfortable asking questions
• Want hands-on experience more than a fancy title
