Water Sports Admin Manager

Boucher Brothers is immediately hiring a Water Sports Admin manager to join our Main Office team. The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience assisting Leadership with day-to-day operations, develop strong communication skills, and thrive in a team-oriented environment. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and advancement within Boucher Brothers.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Assistant Responsibilities:

• Alpha and numeric data insertion
• Provide administrative support, including drafting emails, memos, and other communications, while assisting with daily operations as needed.
• Proficient with computers and standard office software
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
• Performing minor accounting duties
• Organizing reservations, meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
• Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner and identifying the purpose of their call before directing them to the appropriate department
• Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters

Skills Required:

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Well-developed organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish
• Great verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional discretion.
• Proficient Knowledge in Microsoft Office
