Digital Marketing Intern
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for assisting AMPHORA, OEC Graphics and OEC Display Graphics account and sales team in customer and internal sales and marketing efforts. Works with Brand Development Manager on lead generation campaigns and Brand Services Manager on specific customer projects.
STATUS: Internship | Seasonal | Non-Exempt | Part Time
LOCATION:
Primary Location - Appleton Facility
Occasional 2nd Location - Oshkosh Facility
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital Marketing
- Assist with digital marketing team
- Knowledge with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Advertising, & LinkedIn Advertising
- Ability to work on digital marketing keywords and ad placements
- Familiar with analytics for each platform
- Analyze and optimize ad placements
- Make adjustments to campaigns to meet goals and objectives
Content Marketing
- Assist with research and curation of content based on established marketing plan
- Collaborate with supervisor within Email Marketing Automation software
- Work with brand content
- Content distribution
- Campaign analytics
- Email marketing
- Assist in development of content, writing and posting of social media
- Work with creative team on content marketing needs
- Curation and writing of blog/social media postings
- Listening on social channels
- Assist Brand Services Manager with other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Understanding of sales and marketing basics
- Proficient verbal, written and presentation skills
- Proficient computer skills; MS Office programs, ability to learn Marketing Automation Software,
- Online research skills; Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram,
- Able to take direction and effectively and efficiently manage multiple projects
- Have initiative, drive and positive can-do attitude
Education and/or Experience:
Junior or senior student working towards graduation and a career in sales and/or marketing and looking for a broad-based internship to apply skills directly.
Performance Standards:
Employee will be directed regularly and reviewed on a monthly basis on his/her ability to achieve outcomes stated above. The employee must work safely at all times and maintain the confidentiality of all department, company and customer information.
