Chief Technology Officer

Mission Overview

Atlas Synapse LLC is an emerging technology firm dedicated to the engineering of deterministic AI infrastructure and high-level technical auditing. We are building the "Sovereign Pillars" of enterprise AI. We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (The Architect) to serve as a founding partner alongside the Chairman and the Chief Risk Officer.

You will not be building "wrappers"; you will be designing the core technical logic and systems architecture that allow AI to operate with zero-hallucination reliability in high-stakes B2B environments.

Your Domain (The Architect's Mandate)

Deterministic Logic Engineering: Lead the transition from probabilistic "guessing" models to deterministic, verifiable AI frameworks for institutional clients.

Systems Architecture: Design and deploy the firm’s primary tech stack, Intelligence Lab, and technical extraction protocols.

Technical Auditing & Risk: Partner with our Chief Risk Officer (Max Kiefer - Oxford/Columbia/CMU) to perform deep-dive technical debt audits on target firm systems.

Infrastructure Leadership: Build and manage a "special operations" engineering team as the firm scales toward MRR activation.

Founding Vision: Translate the Chairman’s strategic roadmap into a production-ready, scalable reality.

Qualifications

Academic Pedigree: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, AI, or Software Engineering from a top-tier institution (MIT, Stanford, UIUC, CMU, etc.).

Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or C++, with a deep understanding of LLM reasoning, mathematical optimization, and secure infrastructure.

The Architect Mindset: You value clean, defensible, and institutional-grade code over "quick fixes."

Discipline: A minimum GPA of 3.7 is preferred to reflect the academic rigor required for this role.

The Selection Process (The Atlas Filter)

Atlas Synapse is built on a high-performance, "best-of-the-best" culture. Our selection process reflects that:

Initial Screen: Review of technical pedigree and logic.

The Phase Challenge: Shortlisted candidates will receive a technical challenge to architect a deterministic solution to a specific B2B problem.

The Presentation: Finalists will present their roadmap and challenge solution in a "War Room" session with the Chairman and CRO.
