Duration: June – August 2026
Intern Summary: we are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media and Community Manager intern to join our marketing team this summer. This role is perfect for a student or recent graduate who is passionate about digital media, online communities and storytelling. As an intern, you will help manage our social media presence with our social media agency and contribute fresh ideas to grow our fun candy brand’s online voice.

Responsibilities
- Monitor social channels daily and help with responding to comments/messages working with social media agency and brand teams
- Look at what fans are saying about us in the social environment when not tagged
- Research trends, hashtags and emerging platforms to keep our social presence fresh and relevant
- Using our platform and working with our social agency, track and report on performance metrics
- Collaborate with brand teams and provide thought on creative executions
- Participate in brainstorm sessions and contribute to creative ideas
- Present project outcomes and learnings to team members and leaders
- Support additional initiatives as needed to contribute to team goals
The Sweetness You Bring:
- Current undergraduate or graduate student with a major in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or related field
- Strong familiarity with major social platforms and emerging trends
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools
- GPA equivalent to or above 3.0
- Strong problem-solving skills and focus on staying curious
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Eagerness to learn and make an impact
