Lead Teacher

The Titus School is seeking Lead Special Education Teachers to support and serve our students.

Lead Special Education Teachers at The Titus School are responsible for co-leading their assigned classroom with the Lead Behavior Therapist (LBT) or their classroom supervisor. They oversee academic programming, provide instructional leadership, support data-driven decision making, maintain parent and provider communication, and ensure that evidence-based curricula are implemented effectively. Lead Teachers report directly to their classroom Supervisor and Academic Supervisor. They play a key role in fostering collaboration, ensuring fidelity of programming, and supporting the academic and social-emotional growth of students.
