The Role
Build backend services in Golang and user interfaces in React Native (web + mobile) for our smart room platform. You'll ship real features used daily by patients and healthcare staff—from IoT integration APIs to the apps that control them.
What You'll Do
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with IoT devices
- Build cross-platform mobile and web features in React Native
- Design data models for room automation and patient preferences
- Optimize performance for real-time interactions
- Collaborate with senior engineers through code reviews and mentorship
- Debug production issues and improve system reliability
What We Need
Required:
- Bachelor's in CS/Software Engineering or equivalent experience
- Solid React Native skills
- Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture
- Golang experience
- Comfortable with Git and basic databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Strong problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- Cloud platform exposure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Docker or containerization experience
- IoT protocols (MQTT, WebSockets) or real-time systems
- CI/CD and automated testing knowledge
Most Important: Curiosity, ownership, hunger, and clear communication. We'll teach you the rest.
