The Foul Territory Network (FT) is seeking remote Graphic Design interns for Summer 2026.
Are you a huge baseball fan who would like to work with professional athletes and learn from an experienced media team that will help you secure a job upon graduation?
The Foul Territory Network, a part of Make Plays Media, has built a premier baseball media vertical centered around authentic player voices. Former MLB players AJ Pierzynski, Todd Frazier, Kevin Pillar, Erik Kratz, Kevin Pillar, Jason Kipnis, Trevor May and Jonathan Papelbon host a live, on-camera, 2-hour baseball show, Monday through Friday, via Marquee Network, YouTube, Twitter/X and TikTok with the audio version available on Apple, Spotify and other podcast platforms. MLB insiders Ken Rosenthal, Bob Nightengale, Robert Murray, long-time manager Buck Showalter and former general manager Jim Bowden are also regular show contributors.

Position Overview:
FT is offering an unpaid internship to a talented and motivated Graphic Design Intern to join our team. As a Graphic Design Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our brand's visual identity by creating compelling graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, website, and promotional materials. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience and the chance to work closely with our creative team to bring our vision to life.
Like most of our company, this position is fully remote. While the internship is unpaid, we are happy to meet school requirements for academic credit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts and designs that align with FT’s brand identity and objectives.
- Create eye-catching graphics for social media posts, including illustrations, YouTube Thumbnails, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for content and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to ensure FT remains at the forefront of visual storytelling in the baseball industry.
- Contribute to the maintenance and organization of our digital asset library.
Qualifications:
- A minimum 10 hours of availability per week
- Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and receptiveness to feedback.
- Passion for baseball and a solid understanding of the sport's culture and aesthetics (preferred but not required).
