High School Registrar

High School Registrar:  The registrar serves within the assistant principal’s office working with the academic assistant principal and the assistant principal of instruction. 

The registrar will manage all duties connected to transcripts, report cards, student records, state reports, and the state student transcript system. Among the duties of the registrar are the following: 

  • Rediker software 
  • Update all demographic information for faculty, staff, students and parents 
  • Imports and exports as needed
  • Incoming and returning student registration 
  • Assign CHS IDs, myCHS registration, assist parents 
  • Incoming student records 
  • Verify elementary report cards, Carnegie credits, birth certificates and SSN 
  • Annual report to the CSO, NCEA, NPS/Brumfield vs. Dodd 
  • Edit and Update Faculty and Staff Handbook and Student Handbook 
  • Schedule conflicts/make-up mid-term and final exams 
  • Literary Rally (District and State) 
  • Graduate transcript requests 
  • Brother Donnan Tuition Reimbursement - Responsible for teacher reimbursement for continuing education classes. 
  • Faculty Travel/Professional Development Reimbursement - Responsible for teacher reimbursement, per diems for teacher travel. 
  • State textbook allocation
  • Assist in assigning substitute teachers
  • Attendance desk back-up 
  • Assumes other necessary duties related to activities within the assistant principal’s offce
