Central Florida Therapy Solutions is now hiring 1-2 CCC-SLP’s for our Orange city location located in Volusia county, just North of Sanford. We have two positions available, a Full-time, 40 hour per week or Part-time, one-two days a week, Monday/Fridays.
We are a pediatric therapy clinic providing Speech, Physical, Occupational and Music therapy that has been in business for 25 years. CFTS is a growing practice, therapist owned with 35+ therapists between our two locations-and growing! Our goal for the onboarding therapist would be to come in and shadow treatments and evaluations with current therapists, learn our EMR system Theraplan, see the flow of the day's schedule and more to help familiarize yourself to the workings of the office prior to beginning.

*A therapist who is able to maintain a fast pace in their daily schedule using down paid time to complete documentation, administration tasks and more.

*A therapist who is able to adapt to changes, seeks assistance when needed and takes suggestions to make improvements in and out of the therapy session.
*A therapist that demonstrates their love for Pediatrics and loves to have fun!
*Multiple CCC therapist on site for supervision and mentoring as well as collaboration with other disciplines.

Qualifications:
-Master’s degree in Speech- Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-Upcoming graduation,, CF applicant’s
-Valid state license as a Speech- Language Pathologist
-Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals overcome speech and language disorders. Working exclusively with pediatric patients, you will develop and implement therapy programs to improve their communication skills. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals will ensure comprehensive care for your patients. Your dedication to making a difference in the lives of others through speech therapy will be highly valued.

Expected hours: 1) Full-time: 40 hours per week in office for a combination of therapy, initial evaluations, reevaluations, documentation and office administration. All hours in office paid when completing a variety of the above-described tasks. 2) Part-time: hourly with days available Monday and/or Friday each week.
Beginning salary $80,000/40 hours per week plus benefits based on experience.
