Kayak Tour Guide

We’re looking for self-motivated, confident, and creative individuals who thrive in leading groups and inspiring others outdoors! Our guides are natural leaders who can engage and energize guests on the water.

As a full-time guide, you’ll lead multiple tours each week across the beautiful Door County, Wisconsin waters. You’ll provide paddling instruction, ensure safe and enjoyable tours, and deliver narratives that are funny, informative, and engaging.

Our guides create memorable experiences by bringing laughter, insight, patience, strength, and adaptability to every group. If you have a passion for the outdoors, love teaching, and enjoy connecting with people, this role is for you.
