What You’ll Do

• Create a safe, nurturing, and joyful preschool classroom
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences
• Support children’s social, emotional, and early academic growth
• Establish consistent routines that help young learners feel secure and confident
• Partner closely with families through clear, caring communication
• Collaborate with a supportive preschool team and school leadership
• Reflect on your practice and grow through coaching and professional development
• Participate fully in school life, events, and community traditions

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Preschool or early childhood certification (or on track to be certified)
• Student teaching, practicum, or classroom experience with young children
• A growth mindset and openness to coaching and feedback
• A genuine love for early learners and early childhood education
