What You’ll Do
- Create a safe, nurturing, and joyful preschool classroom
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences
- Support children’s social, emotional, and early academic growth
- Establish consistent routines that help young learners feel secure and confident
- Partner closely with families through clear, caring communication
- Collaborate with a supportive preschool team and school leadership
- Reflect on your practice and grow through coaching and professional development
- Participate fully in school life, events, and community traditions
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Preschool or early childhood certification (or on track to be certified)
- Student teaching, practicum, or classroom experience with young children
- A growth mindset and openness to coaching and feedback
- A genuine love for early learners and early childhood education
