Position Overview

Metro Motor is a well-established automotive service company with multiple locations across the DMV area. We’re seeking motivated, people-oriented college students or recent grads to join our team in an entry-level Automotive Sales & Customer Service role.

This position is designed for individuals interested in sales, operations, management, or customer experience, and offers hands-on exposure to a fast-paced business environment with real career growth potential.

No automotive experience is required — we train the right people.

Compensation

Hourly Pay: $18–$24/hour (based on experience & availability)

Commission & Performance Bonuses: Monthly sales incentives

Estimated Annual Earnings: $45,000 – $75,000+ (full-time potential)

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in person and by phone

Learn how to identify customer needs and recommend service options

Communicate service updates and timelines clearly

Help generate estimates and support work order creation

Deliver a high-level customer experience focused on trust and transparency

Support sales goals and shop performance metrics

Collaborate with service advisors and management

Maintain a professional, organized front-of-house environment

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in college or recent graduate (preferred)

Interest in sales, operations, management, or customer service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, dependable, and eager to learn

Professional attitude and positive energy

Automotive experience not required
